Ultra Radiance Detailing
Ultra Radiance LTD

Effective Date: 3 August 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings, services and interactions between Ultra Radiance Detailing / Ultra Radiance LTD (“Ultra Radiance Detailing”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the customer (“you” or “your”).

By making a booking with Ultra Radiance Detailing, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Bookings and Deposits

1.1. A 25% deposit is required to secure and confirm all bookings, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Ultra Radiance Detailing.

1.2. Your booking is not considered fully confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

1.3. The deposit is held against the booked appointment and the time allocated to provide the service.

1.4. Deposits are subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms set out below.

1.5. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon completion of the service, unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed in advance.

1.6. Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to refuse to commence or complete a service where payment arrangements have not been met.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

2.1. We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

2.2. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you fail to attend your appointment, the original 25% deposit will be forfeited.

2.3. If you request to reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional 25% deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

2.4. If a further cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, an additional 25% deposit will be required. This will result in a total of 75% of the original booking price being payable or retained in relation to the booking, and Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to decline any further rescheduling requests.

2.5. Where repeated late cancellations, no-shows or rescheduling requests occur, Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to require full payment in advance for any future bookings or to decline future bookings altogether.

2.6. Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made directly to Ultra Radiance Detailing. A request is not considered accepted until confirmation has been provided by us.

2.7. Where Ultra Radiance Detailing needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will endeavour to provide as much notice as reasonably possible and offer an alternative appointment where available.

3. Late Arrivals

3.1. Customers are expected to arrive at the agreed appointment time, or ensure that the vehicle is available and accessible at the agreed time for mobile services.

3.2. Late arrival or delayed vehicle access may reduce the amount of time available to complete the booked service.

3.3. Where a delay significantly affects our ability to complete the service, Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or amend the service. Additional charges may apply where additional time or work is required.

3.4. A late arrival does not automatically entitle the customer to a reduction in the agreed price.

4. Service Times and Completion

4.1. Any service duration provided by Ultra Radiance Detailing is an estimate unless a specific completion time has been agreed in writing.

4.2. Some services may take longer than anticipated due to the condition, size or complexity of the vehicle.

4.3. Additional time may be required where a vehicle has excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, contamination, neglected surfaces, heavily soiled areas or other conditions that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time of booking.

4.4. Where additional work is required beyond the original agreed service, Ultra Radiance Detailing will, where reasonably practicable, discuss any additional costs with the customer before proceeding.

5. Vehicle Condition and Pre-Existing Damage

5.1. The customer remains responsible for the condition of their vehicle and must disclose any known defects, previous repairs or damage that may be relevant to the service.

5.2. Ultra Radiance Detailing will take reasonable care when working on vehicles. However, certain vehicle components and materials may be fragile due to age, wear, previous damage, poor-quality repairs, deterioration or improper installation.

5.3. Ultra Radiance Detailing cannot be held responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, deterioration, corrosion, weakened materials, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications or components that fail due to their existing condition.

5.4. Where we identify a potential risk before or during a service, we may notify the customer and, where appropriate, refuse or modify the service to prevent potential damage.

5.5. Customers should inform us of any known issues, including but not limited to:

– Previously repaired or repainted panels
– Peeling or failing paint
– Delaminating lacquer or clear coat
– Damaged or weakened trim
– Loose badges or emblems
– Damaged or cracked glass
– Existing scratches, dents or defects
– Previous ceramic coatings, sealants or protective products
– Aftermarket modifications
– Fragile or damaged interior components

6. Paint Correction and Machine Polishing

6.1. Paint correction and machine polishing are performed with the objective of improving the appearance of a vehicle’s paintwork.

6.2. Not all scratches, defects, marks or imperfections can safely be removed through machine polishing.

6.3. Some defects may be too deep to safely remove without compromising the integrity of the paintwork.

6.4. Ultra Radiance Detailing will always aim to achieve the best possible result within the safe limits of the vehicle’s paintwork.

6.5. Where a defect cannot be safely removed, we may recommend alternative treatments or explain the limitations of the correction process.

6.6. Previous paintwork, body repairs, resprays or unusually thin paint may increase the risk associated with paint correction. Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to decline or modify paint correction work where we believe the process presents an unreasonable risk of damage.

7. Ceramic Coatings and Protective Treatments

7.1. Ceramic coatings and other protective treatments must be applied in accordance with the manufacturer’s application requirements and Ultra Radiance Detailing’s recommended procedures.

7.2. The advertised lifespan or durability of a ceramic coating is an estimated or manufacturer-specified period and is not a guarantee that the coating will remain at its original performance level for the entire stated period.

7.3. Coating performance and durability are affected by factors including, but not limited to:

– Vehicle usage
– Mileage
– Storage conditions
– Weather and environmental exposure
– Washing methods
– Cleaning products
– Chemical exposure
– Contamination
– Lack of maintenance
– Incorrect maintenance
– Automatic or abrasive car washes

7.4. Customers are responsible for following any maintenance and aftercare instructions provided by Ultra Radiance Detailing.

7.5. Where a manufacturer’s warranty or Ultra Radiance Detailing warranty applies, the terms and conditions of that warranty will apply separately.

7.6. Warranty claims may require inspection of the vehicle and evidence that the recommended maintenance and aftercare procedures have been followed.

7.7. A warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, improper washing, incorrect chemicals, physical damage or circumstances outside the control of Ultra Radiance Detailing.

8. Personal Belongings

8.1. Customers are responsible for removing all personal belongings, valuables and other items from their vehicle before the vehicle is handed over to Ultra Radiance Detailing.

8.2. Any personal belongings left inside a vehicle while it is under the care of Ultra Radiance Detailing remain the customer’s responsibility.

8.3. Ultra Radiance Detailing will not be responsible for the loss of, or damage to, personal belongings left inside a vehicle, except where such loss or damage is caused by our negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

8.4. We strongly recommend that customers remove all valuable, fragile or personal items before the service begins.

9. Vehicle Keys and Access

9.1. Customers are responsible for providing any keys, access codes or information reasonably required for us to carry out the agreed service.

9.2. Customers must inform Ultra Radiance Detailing of any alarm, immobiliser, tracking device or other security system that may affect access to or operation of the vehicle.

9.3. Ultra Radiance Detailing will take reasonable care of vehicle keys while they are in our possession.

10. Mobile Services and Weather Conditions

10.1. For mobile services, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the agreed location is reasonably suitable and safe for the service to be carried out.

10.2. Depending on the service being provided, suitable access to the vehicle, sufficient working space and appropriate environmental conditions may be required.

10.3. Certain services, including paint correction and ceramic coating application, may require controlled environmental conditions.

10.4. Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to postpone or reschedule a service where weather, temperature, humidity, contamination or other environmental conditions may adversely affect the quality or durability of the work.

10.5. Where a service is postponed due to unsuitable conditions, Ultra Radiance Detailing will endeavour to arrange an alternative appointment.

11. Customer Responsibility

11.1. Customers must provide accurate information when making a booking, including the correct vehicle make, model, size and details of the service required.

11.2. Failure to provide accurate information may result in additional charges or the service being amended or rescheduled.

11.3. Customers must inform Ultra Radiance Detailing of any relevant circumstances that may affect the service before work begins.

12. Additional Work and Charges

12.1. If, during the inspection of a vehicle, Ultra Radiance Detailing identifies that additional work is required beyond the agreed service, we may recommend additional services or charges.

12.2. No significant additional charge will be incurred without the customer’s agreement, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

12.3. Where additional work is requested by the customer after the service has commenced, additional charges may apply.

13. Complaints and Disputes

However, Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to take appropriate action, including seeking legal advice or pursuing legal remedies, where a person publishes statements that are knowingly false, malicious, defamatory or otherwise unlawful.

13.8. We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before publishing public allegations or complaints, so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, resolve the matter.

14. Photography and Marketing

14.1. Ultra Radiance Detailing may take photographs or videos of vehicles before, during and after services for quality-control, documentation and portfolio purposes.

14.2. We may use photographs and videos of completed work for marketing, advertising, social media and website purposes unless the customer requests otherwise.

14.3. Where reasonably practicable, vehicle registration plates and other personally identifiable information will be obscured or excluded from publicly shared content.

14.4. Customers may request that their vehicle is not used for marketing purposes by contacting Ultra Radiance Detailing.

15. Right to Refuse or Terminate a Service

15.1. Ultra Radiance Detailing reserves the right to refuse, postpone or terminate a service where:

16. Payment

16.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the outstanding balance for a service is payable upon completion.
