A car valet focuses on thoroughly cleaning and maintaining your vehicle, inside and out. This includes safely washing the exterior, cleaning the wheels, vacuuming the interior, wiping down trims, cleaning the glass and leaving your vehicle looking and feeling fresh.
Car detailing goes much further. It includes specialist processes such as paint decontamination, machine polishing and paint correction to remove swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation before protecting the finish with a professional ceramic coating.

Can you remove pet hair?
Yes. Pet hair removal is one of the most common requests we receive.
Using specialist brushes, detailing tools and high-powered vacuum equipment, we’re able to remove the vast majority of embedded pet hair from carpets, seats and boot areas. Vehicles that regularly carry dogs or other pets may require additional time depending on the amount of hair present.
If your vehicle has excessive pet hair, simply let us know when booking so we can allow enough time to achieve the best possible result.
Can you remove bad smells?
In many cases, yes.
Bad odours are usually caused by bacteria, mould, food spills, pet accidents or smoke becoming trapped within carpets, upholstery and ventilation systems. Simply masking the smell with an air freshener rarely solves the problem.
Our deeper cleaning packages use professional steam cleaning, fabric extraction and interior sanitisation to eliminate the source of many unpleasant odours rather than simply covering them up.
While we can successfully remove most smells, persistent odours caused by long-term water leaks, mould or heavy cigarette smoke may require additional treatment. We’ll always assess your vehicle honestly and advise what’s achievable before any work begins.
How long does valeting take?
The time required depends on both the package selected and the condition of your vehicle.
As a guide:
- Exterior Wash & Dry — approximately 1 hour
- Full Valet — 2 to 3 hours
- Pre-Sale Valet — around half a day
- Full Deep Clean — typically a full day
